Z the Wolf reviews – Chivalry: Medieval Warfare

Hey guys, it’s Z the Wolf here and
this is my review of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare. First thing I need to say is that this game
is multiplayer only. It’s a first person action game that focuses
mostly on melee combat. And melee combat in this game is really amazing,
it’s all about your skill and tactical approach. It’s not that it’s complicated, it’s just that
you need to time your moves really well. As of right now there are six maps and three
game modes: “Free for all”, “Team objective” and “Team deathmatch”.
(Ps. There is also “Last man standing.”) We have four classes to choose from. Archer, who
uses long-ranged weapons and three others that use melee weapons. The difference between those three is in
speed and armor, but they also use different kind of weapons. This makes a great diversity
during the gameplay. Each weapon has statistics for
damage, rate and range. The graphics are really decent and the soundtrack
is fitting. Animations seem a bit off and not really realistic,
but who cares when the gameplay is so fun. I really like how “Team Objective” game mode is done.
There is always an attacking team and defending team. Attacking team needs to fulfill various objectives
like slaying peasants, or burning buildings, or even killing the king. Defending team is
of course supposed to stop the other team from
doing so. My final score for this game is 8/10. It really
provides a new experience, and that’s what multiplayer games need nowadays in my opinion.
Various weapons and classes make melee combat really enjoyable. And if you like to shoot then I’m sure you’re
going to enjoy playing as an archer. Thank you for watching my review. If you enjoyed
it then please like the video, and feel free to subscribe to my channel for any future reviews
I may make. Take care and see you around.
